Monthly invoice is an ongoing service provided by Klarna and which gathers the actively selected purchases you make during a month on one and the same invoice. The monthly invoice collects all purchases you make with Klarna Monthly invoice.

The due date is the day of the month that you must pay your Monthly Invoice. Before the due date, the last day occurs when new purchases can be added to your Monthly Invoice ("Breaking Day"), after which the invoice is sent. The date of the Breaking Day may vary, and Klarna reserves the right to change the Breaking Day and due date to improve the product experience. As a customer, you are guaranteed a minimum credit period of 14 days from Break Day to due date. Monthly invoice purchases made with your Klarna card before the Break Day will be collected on the same Monthly Invoice. All other purchases you make with Monthly Invoice will be added to the same Monthly Invoice if the goods are sent or if the service has been made available to you before the Break Date.

The Monthly Invoice service has an unlimited term. You can terminate the Monthly Invoice service at any time in Klarna's customer portal, on Klarna's website or by contacting Klarna's customer service. Your termination will take effect immediately. For purchases made before but delivered after your termination, a Monthly Invoice for that purchase will still be sent. New purchases made after your termination will be handled as separate Get First - Pay Late Invoices.

A fee of SEK 29 is charged for each Monthly Invoice. As soon as you have made a purchase through Monthly Invoice, we will automatically create a Monthly Invoice for you. A payment reminder is sent in the event of non-payment. If you have shopped for less than SEK 60, a reminder fee of SEK 29 will be added, and if you have shopped for SEK 60 or more, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. If no payment is received thereafter, the claim may be submitted for debt collection management where additional debt collection costs may be added.

Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Pixiegirl run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
